In a significant recognition of academic excellence, the management of Abia State University, Uturu, has awarded automatic employment to Njoku Judith Ngozi, the first graduate of the Nursing Department. The announcement was made by Vice Chancellor Prof. Maxwell Ogbulu during the induction ceremony for nursing graduates held yesterday.

Njoku expressed her gratitude for the opportunity, stating, “A few years later, here I am. Dreams now reality. Goals achieved and the boxes now ticked. Prayers answered. Sorrows now joy. Losses now gains. Hard work paid off. History made. A new standard set. The bar raised. A new record.”

This gesture not only highlights Njoku’s outstanding achievement but also underscores the university’s commitment to promoting excellence among its students.
